Learn a backflip

Have you always wanted to be able to learn a backflip but have not had the chance? At skylark we believe that no matter how young or old you are you should have fun in your life and also be able to answer the question, “can you do a backflip?” with a YES.

We provide trampoline and acrobatics classes for children, teens and adults several times per week. If you want to have a go and are unsure then come for a FREE TRIAL and see for yourself. So far everyone who has trialled has thoroughly enjoyed themselves and now come on a weekly basis.

This is one of the most important aspects of learning tricks that involve you turning upside down and at Skylark this is no exception. We provide a safe environment with qualified coaches to provide you with the experience that you will never forget.

Adult Trampoline Classes

If you are interested in learning a back flip and increasing your aerial awareness then you need to come to Skylark. We provide classes suited to adults with skill ranges from 1st timers to professional athletes.

This is one of the most fun ways to increase your fitness and get into shape while at the same time learn the safety skills of falling, rotation and understanding your bodies reactions.

Cross training
If you currently are active in another sport than trampolining is a great cross training option. We currently have a large number of wake boarders who are learning to front, back and side flip and are showing amazing results.

Group workshops
Some very exciting news that the Olympic aerial skiing team are interested in cross training their development program at Skylark. We are very excited to be able to assist our future Olympians to achieving gold for Australia.
